At The Modern, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home aesthetic. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
